New STAR System

Changes to the Phone Process + New Web Interface

The phone number to call in has changed to a direct line which is (905) 727-7071 for all local calls. For employees calling in from Ontario locations which are long distance to Aurora the direct line is 1-877-809-8053. Please use the local number where possible.

The system will ask you for an access I.D. number. This is your employee ID Number (your employee ID # can be found on your pay statement). You will continue to be asked for your Personal Identification Number (PIN) which you currently use in STAR.

To Access the WEB STAR, you can use Online Tools on the BWW or use the https://star.yrdsb.ca/
