York Pride Fest & Parade: Sat June 15

York Pride Parade is once again coming back to Newmarket, ON and this year will be bigger than ever!  The parade on Main Street will start at 3:00 PM at the Ontario St intersection, proceeding south to Water St.

Due to road closures prior to the parade and other concurrent events in downtown Newmarket, early arrival is strongly recommended.  Members and guests should meet at the parade staging area (Bike Sports- 47 Main St. South) by 2:15 p.m. and look for the OSSTF flags and YRDSB group.

There will be lots to do on Main St prior to the parade with plenty of lunch options and many local businesses offering Pride specials.  The day’s celebrations will continue with Pride on Riverwalk, featuring live performances, activities for all ages and a grand firework finale at Riverwalk Commons in Newmarket.
